Every once in a while, someone will think that it’s okay to send over a late payment after we’ve delivered our work to them. Oddly, this seems to be the case with a lot of “big time” businesses and “really important people” out there.

However, this is not how we do business—no matter how large and in charge or extremely busy you might be.

We honor and respect the clients we choose to do business with and we always meet our deadlines—because we know our clients want to see what we’ve put together for them! This means that we expect clients to respect us in turn by being as timely with payment as we were with their deliverables.

Unsettled accounts also earn late payment fees… and we hate charging those to our clients.
